HELLO SUNSHINE! We are excited to host you in this clean & bright home for a fabulous time in sunny & warm Chandler, AZ. Perfect for short or long term stays. Enjoy the private backyard w/ heated pool, spa & covered patio. Outfitted with all items you need to relax. Fun for adults & kids alike, lots of kids toys and games for all ages. Walkable to golf course, grocery store, drug store & community basketball court. 1 mile from great restaurants.
All essentials provided: sheets, towels, pool towels, paper products, shower toiletries and laundry supplies. **Toiletries, paper products, and laundry supplies are given but aren't in large quantities so if you are staying longer than a 5-7 day stay or so you will need to buy or bring some of your own supples.
Heated spa available year round at no additional cost. (Spa and pool heating is not necessary during summer months). Pool heating is available upon request from October-end of April. Pool heating it is an additional cost of $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need 24 hour notice if you want the pool heated, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when temperatures at night are in the 30's and there isn't a pool cover.

BATHROOMS (2) - Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels and paper products. One bathroom is ensuite, attached to the master bedroom. Master bathroom complete with double sinks, soaking tub, step-in shower & large walk-in closet. Bathroom #2 is conveniently located between Bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a tub/shower combo.
BEDROOMS (3) - All bedrooms come equipped with brand new mattresses, fresh linens, lots of pillows, bedside lamps, alarm clocks with USB chargers and fresh, tropical decor.
