Welcome to Blue Lagoon! Fun for the entire family awaits at this freshly remodeled Pensacola, FL ranch home. Private heated swimming pool, hot tub, game room and kayaks are all available for you when you stay at this gem. This four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything you need to enjoy a fun family get-away. You can soak in the hot tub, swim in the pool or launch one of the kayaks from the canal in the back yard and paddle in the neighborhood canal. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and new modern appliances. The home is located in the Grande Lagoon neighborhood and is minutes away from Big Lagoon State Park and Johnson Beach. The neighborhood includes tennis courts, a small playground, and community access to a fishing dock, kayak launch and swim area on Big Lagoon.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The home features a living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. There is a flat screen tv in the family room. There is also an enclosed porch with a hot tub, rocking chairs and dining table w/chairs. Step out to the back patio and the inviting pool, complete with lounge chairs and hammock. Back in the house there is a large game room complete with foosball table, billiard table, tv, gaming system and various board games. All of which will be welcomed on a rainy day!
The four bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with king bed and tv. The master also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and sunken tub. The master also has door leading out to a deck and the backyard. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, tv and access to the back patio. The second guest bedroom has two XL twin beds and a roll away twin bed is available in the closet. The third guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk combo and a twin trundle bed. There is also a full-size futon in the game room for added sleeping space.
There is a full bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. A half-bath is conveniently located in the main hallway close to the living area.
For our safety and yours all cleanings will include sanitizing high touch surfaces, handles, and all linen surfaces. All laundry services include an approved CDC laundry sanitizer.
