Our new construction 1 bedroom guest house with full kitchen sits on three fenced-in acres, offers complete privacy in a splendid peaceful setting. We are just 10 minutes from all major shopping, grocery and dining and walking distance to spacious parks and hike and bike trails. Private setting on property - can't see main house from any window of the guest house! One bedroom (queen bed) along with pullout sofa in living room allows for additional sleeping space for families or a group of friends. Pack and play, high chair, toys and stroller available upon request. Dogs welcome with a one time $30 pet cleaning fee. Sport/basketball court just steps away from the guest house (please limit night time play to 10 PM). Laundry room can be available upon request via access to connected garage. Have an electric car?
