This Gorgeous Guest House is in Poipu Beach, on the Sunny South Shore of Kauai.
There are Elevated Distant Ocean and Mountain Views. This private and quiet home is close to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf, and hiking.
This is not a condo, townhome, or apartment with high density and shared walls. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, elevated, separate guest house surrounded by a lush garden.
This guest house has a modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, expansive granite countertops, a Breakfast Nook, Powerful Wireless High-Speed Internet, Full-Sized Private Laundry, Large Couples Hot outdoor shower (two shower heads), a Private BBQ, Air Conditioner in the Bedroom, Espresso/Keurig Coffee Machine, 60" HDTV with Netflix Service, Danish Tempurpedic California King Bed, mid-century teak furniture, and serigraphs and paintings by known artists.

•Intimate and comfortable for up to 2 people.
•There is only One vacation rental in this cottage, so your privacy is assured.
•The living space is located on the top or 2nd floor. This includes 1 Private Bedroom with A/C, 1 Walk-in Closet, 1 Full Indoor Bathroom, 1 Large Open Combined Kitchen, Living and Dining Room, and 1 Lanai (Balcony.)
•The first floor has a large, Twin Head, Hot Water, Outdoor Post-Beach shower, a private full-size laundry room with a side-by-side washer, dryer, and sink, and a garage. The Garage is only used for owner's long-term storage.

•For those who don't like air conditioning, the cottage has been designed to allow the cool North East trade winds to circulate. There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.

•This is a Very Low-Density Neighborhood, but it is still close to all restaurants and beaches.

•Kukui'ula Shopping Center is just around the corner. There are plentiful fine and casual breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants, bars, and shops. On Wed there is a farmers market.
•Kiahuna Golf Club is literally Next Door.
• 3-minute drive door-to-door to Roy's Poipu Bar and Grill, The Beach House, or Starbucks.
•Walking distance to beaches (18 minutes to the closest beach) or just a 3-minute drive to Waiohai beach or 4-minute drive to Lawai Beach, both of which have ample and free parking.
•Sueoka's Grocery Store is a 6-minute drive.
•Koloa Fish Market is a 7-minute drive.
•Kauai Coffee's Estate, The largest in the US and home to 4 million coffee trees, is an 18-minute drive.
•Costco or Times Supermarket in Lihue is a 25-minute drive
•Lihue airport and car rental companies are a 26-minute drive

•For cleaning, I pay 450 not including supplies. Kauai is one of the most expensive cleaning locations and I am sure that I have the most meticulous cleaners on the island.

•It is worth mentioning this is an isolated guest house. Nobody else has or needs access to the guest house or the laundry other than the cleaners. The closest building is ~50 feet away
• I have a smart lock requiring no keys. This allows you to do contactless check-in.
• My cleaning company uses updated Covid-19 cleaning procedures with disinfectants. Further, I believe I have the best cleaning company on the island.
