This contemporary home has an open layout that connects the living room, dining area, laundry room, half bath, and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features a gas stove, wine fridge, and a Miele coffee machine. Upstairs, there's a game room with a pool table and a bar area. The bar opens to a beautiful deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the island breeze.
