Nestled within the exclusive and newly completed Grayton Landing enclave, this four-story residence offers luxurious living in a serene Old Florida-style setting. Highlights include a private elevator for effortless access between floors and a rooftop observation deck on the fourth floor with breathtaking views.
The first floor boasts a spacious veranda overlooking the pool and lake, thoughtfully designed for family entertainment with cozy seating and a ping pong table. The second floor features a king master bedroom, while the third floor offers another king master suite, a guest room with a king bed, and another guest room with a queen bed. The fourth floor houses a delightful bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Come experience why the fun never stops at Grayt Oasis!

Grayton Landing features a lakeside swimming pool with a sun patio, ample pool loungers, a pair of hammocks, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill for fun cookouts, a wet bar, and a pavilion with tables for poolside dining. It's only a five-minute stroll to the beach, but you can launch a paddleboard from the neighborhood dock and get across the lake to the gulf in no time.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Summary: The location is great-easy walk to beach. Pool area is nice. The house and porches are lovely. Rooms are spacious and each has a bathroom. Check in was easy. The kitchen is fairly stocked. But, only 2 kitchen towels and no dish cloths. No oven mitts. No large pots. They leave you 2 tablespoons of dish soap. Nothing else. Two small rolls of toilet paper in 5 bathrooms. No cleaning supplies, no rags. When we arrived the toilets were brown and gross. We had to purchase a toilet brush and cleaning solution.All porches, patio furniture and outdoor areas were covered with dirt, leaves and pollen. Again, no way to clean them. I complained and nothing was done. My husband borrowed a blower from the construction guys NEXT DOOR to blow off all the decks and clean up so we could go outside and sit on the furniture.No batteries in any of the tv controls. We had to purchase them. No propane in the fire pit. The kayaks and paddleboard shown need to be rented. Ongoing construction next door 5 of 8 days w a crane (which beeps loudly every time they move it), extension ladders, sanders, drills, hammers, blowers and loud noisy men 8am-6pm. We were unable to enjoy any of the decks-the noise was awful. The pool area was also being painted-three workers talking loudly on their phones or across to each other. It was awkward to sit at the pool with them around and again, no peace. We were not told about the construction-we would have rented somewhere else.
