This relaxing and luxurious desert escape features nine comfortable beds across five lovely bedrooms. Each is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with a Smart TV and a spacious closet or dresser for you to store and easily access your things.
You’ll find a comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed in each of the other four bedrooms. In addition to the queen-sized bed, one bedroom also has a set of double bunk beds. Another contains a daybed with a trundle pullout to accommodate additional members of your group.
The master suite has a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. This spacious room features a blue desert-themed accent wall, bedside lamps for convenient nighttime reading, and a plush carpet that will feel nice after a long day of golfing or exploring the nearby trails. Each of the other bedrooms features unique and fun decor, a Smart TV, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a quality sleep during your stay.

PET POLICIES (Only Dogs and/or Horses Allowed)
Dog Amenities, Fees, and Policies:
- $35 per night, per dog. $150 minimum. $250 maximum.
- 2 Dogs Maximum (must receive pre-approval from host)
- No Puppies
- Must be fully potty trained
- Back yard is fenced (be sure to always check that all gates are closed)
- Must be on leash at all times when outside of fenced in back yard
- Must pick up all dog poop, tie it up in doggie poop bag, and dispose of it in large trash cans outside garage (no poop in indoor trash cans)
- No dogs allowed in the pool or spa
- Guest must control dog barking when outside to respect neighbors
- Dogs are to follow quiet hours, just like humans, from 9pm to 8am
- Any unattended pets must be left in a crate when guests are not in direct supervision. Any damage to the homes doors, walls, flooring, furniture, or linens, etc due to lack of supervision or crating the pet, will result in additional charges for repair.
- Guest must report any damage to host immediately
- Dog Amenities Provided: 2 food bowls, 2 water bowls, 2 leashes, poop bags, 1 large crate, dog pee pads, 1 medium size dog bed
Horse Amenities, Fees, and Policies:
- $150 Flat Fee for first 3 days. Then $25 per horse, per day after 3rd day.
- Horse Arena Provided (70’x100’). Arena has running water. Dumpster provided for manure.
- Horses are to be kept in the Horse Arena at all times and not allowed to be in any other areas of the property
- Guest is responsible for feeding and daily cleaning
- Guests are required to pick up and dispose of all Horse manure as part of checkout procedures
- Horse arena has running water but Guest must provide anything else their horses may need.
