Siesta Dreams 2BR/2Bath (D-Lux 323), a Gertrude Rentals property! Knockout contemporary apartment in heart of World Famous Siesta Key. The most sought after Siesta Dreams unit. Remodeled with Alfresco dining, furnished 2nd floor deck, and vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall sliding doors in the living area. This is a southernmost unit set only 600 feet from the water so its bathed in sunshine and sea-breezes all day. Just a 1-minute walk to Best Beaches shopping Dining and Entertainment on Island. The perfect solution to enjoying an island getaway without giving up comfort.
The Location - This will be “easy” just like vacations are supposed to be. It's just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or “often” wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin's sand-dollars and “occasionally” giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.
Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide "snorkeling gear" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.

Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location.
Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management.
