Clean and, fully furnished cottage with beautiful views that allow you to unwind and breathe peacefully on a 5 acre working farm. Enjoy a comfy queen bed, if a second bed is needed we have a queen pull-out couch, full bathroom, and kitchen. Views of the Bookcliffs, surrounded by mountains and a field frequented by cattle, goats, and chickens. Enjoy sitting outside drinking coffee. or sip on your favorite beverage and enjoy the mountain views. We do have a farm store and offer farm fresh eggs and different cuts of meats that were raised on the farm as well as local honey and fresh Elderberry syrup.

Summary: It’s the perfect location - you’re out of the traffic and noise, but you’re close to everything in Grand Junction and surrounding towns. We loved hearing the animals. It was clean. No frills, but it has all the basic necessities. Perfect getaway. I would stay here again if we come back to the area!
