Enjoy your own private bungalow located close to everything. This new, high-efficiency bungalow features the latest space-saving technology, including a high-quality queen-size sofa bed. The small kitchen includes a microwave / convection oven, portable induction burner, refrigerator, and full-size sink. All dishes and kitchen utensils are included. The bathroom has a new tiled shower stall. Washer and dryer are available in the rear storage area. There is a beautiful screen on the porch to enjoy your morning coffee. The patio is completely fenced for maximum privacy. This is a pet friendly vacation rental.
We love to welcome and meet our guests whenever possible.
Self check-in with Lockbox. CHECK-IN time is 4 p.m. At 9pm. You can and will be able to arrive after 9 pm, because the house has its Lockbox, but we will not be available to answer the phone or messages until the next morning. DEPARTURE is at 11 a.m. Housekeeping will be there at 11:15 am. Make sure you have everything set up and ready to start your 11am departure. Guests checking out after this time will be charged a late check-out fee of $150, with no extension included in the fee.
AC: Air conditioning should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and stop working. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges.
Please clean up after yourself and your pets (if applicable) and take out the trash before your departure.
NO SMOKING - NO DRUGS. Undisclosed guests are not allowed. The first and last name of each person staying during your reservation must be disclosed prior to CHECK IN. DO NOT share your personal registration code with adults outside your party whose names have not been revealed in the reservation.
