3 Bedroom House in Old Lyme

We rent Saturday to Saturday only 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms (plus great outside shower), Sleeps 8 - Plus pull out sofa in Sun room. 1200 sq. ft. of open living space, including 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms plus beautiful outside shower room. First bedroom complete with a queen size bed, dresser, night stands with reading lamps and closet. Second bedroom furnished with a double bed plus a set of twin bunks, night stands, a dresser and a closet. Third bedroom features a queen bed with night stand and dresser. New mattresses on every bed in the house. Main living room appointed with brand new leather sectional. Cable television and internet throughout the house and yard. The living room also has a fireplace for those cold evenings. The kitchen is open to the living room and features brand new stainless appliances - stainless refrigerator w/ice maker, Kitchen Aid dishwasher and regular/convection oven. Brand new calphalon pots and pans, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. Everything you could need is provided in the kitchen. The Sun room features a two sofas (one is a pull out) and a chair. Brand new 55 inch flat screen TV. Check the closet for games, cards and puzzles. Hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in every room. After a day at the beach, hang your suit an towel on the clothesline and enjoy the beautiful outside shower which also includes a dressing room. Patio dining tables and patio furniture can seat 12 people. There is a motorized awning for those who like shade. Bring your own linens or we can provide a service. Iron and ironing board included. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. There is a spacious shed to store your beach stuff and toys. Hawks Nest Beach is a family friendly beach community. It's a short walk (block and a half) to the beach. The house is also a member of Miami beach so you have your choice. There is also free parking with our parking pass on Miami Beach. During the summer season, take the kids for a bike ride or walk over to Sound View, ride the carousel (hope you get the brass ring), play in the arcade or treat yourself to some ice cream or Vecchitto's Italian Ice. If you are not into the little kid stuff, Lenny's on the Beach or the Pavilion can provide a fun night! Plenty of things to do within a short drive, Mystic Aquarium or Seaport, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos, Goodspeed Opera House, Essex Steam Train, Westbrook and Clinton Outlet Malls, Golf courses, Kyaking, Fishing...
