One minute walk to the intracoastal waters (300 ft) where there is a beautiful green park, a swimming dock, paddle boat dock, and a boat launch. This property has a lot to offer with 3 bedrooms to sleep 7, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and a peaceful very private outdoor space with a fenced in backyard. This great outdoor space includes a private large screened in covered back patio where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee lounging with the sounds of the Florida birds or grill and dine outside in the evening without a worry of mosquito bites. It also has a nice subtropical yard with a firepit and seating, plus a large yard for play. The property has a large private driveway, a garage, and is so close to some of the best fishing and boating in the country, quick easy walk one minute walk to the water. A fisherman and paddle boarders paradise. Added bonus of a very short drive or bike ride to the beach (less than 5 miles) and less than 4 miles to the historical downtown attractions of St George St, shops, and restaurants. Plus it is located near the beautiful St Augustine Pier, which is a great place to explore Florida's nature or to enjoy the nice boardwalk to the beach.
