The home is also located near other great spots on the island including, SIesta Key Public Beach (1/2 mile) which also has tennis courts and playground, Siesta Key Village (1.5 mile) where you will find a myriad of restaurants, bars, and island shops.
Arrive directly to the home and walk right in via our self check-in electronic locks, no check-in process or keys to pickup. Out front you will see ample patio space with picnic table and outdoor patio set to enjoy outdoor lounging, sunning, dining. Once inside you enter into the living area furnished with comfortable lounge seating and flatscreen TV with HD programming and access to streaming service providers. Adjacent to the living room is one of the guest bedrooms. Furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and flatscreen TV. Off to the right you will find the small but functional kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is furnished with 4-piece appliance package among other small kitchen appliances and is stocked for light to medium cooking needs. The 2nd guest bedroom is located behind french doors and is furnished with two twin-size beds and flatscreen TV.
Moving to the opposite side of the living room, you will find the guest bathroom offering a stall shower. Through a small hallway, you arrive at the master suite. Furnished with a king-size bedroom set, chair, and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bath offers his and hers vanities and a tub/shower combo.
