The community pool and beach boardwalk is a quick 5-minute walk from this home. The private beach boardwalk through the Deer Lake State park offers pristine sugar white sand and breathtaking summer sunsets.
The first floor greets you with a well-appointed primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite luxurious bathroom. The spacious living room and cozy, oversized sofas is a comfy spot to relax and unwind after a day along beautiful 30A. The kitchen is fully equipped with large kitchen island with seating and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family, and the dining room comfortably seats 8 guests.
The screened in patio off the dining area leads to the green space, allowing extra room to spread out and enjoy the Florida weather.
On the second floor, you'll find 2 additional Queen bedrooms, one with private bath and one shared with the hallway bunks. The additional loft space is the perfect place for the kids to watch a movie or play games after a long day at the beach.
