This stunning home has 9 spacious bedrooms, ensuring your whole group can relax and spread out after long days at the beach. The rooms are on all four levels of the home: 3 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor, 3 on the third floor, and 1 on the fourth floor.
The first floor’s 3 bedrooms + media room can accommodate up to 10 guests:
★ A king bedroom with a private bath and stand-up shower
★ A spacious bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds
★ A king bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom
★ A media room with a queen sofa bed
The second floor sleeps 4 guests in its 2 spacious king bedrooms:
★ One king bedroom has its own private ensuite
★ The second king has access to the shared full bath in the hallway
The third floor sleeps 8 guests across the 3 bedrooms:

The large living room features an oversized sectional sofa, a fireplace and three comfy recliners. Catch your favorite shows on the 65” flat-screen HDTV, or gather the whole group together for game time (charades, anyone?).
The luxury kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, two dishwashers, double ovens, and an electric stovetop range. There’s plenty of room for meal prep with ample counter space. In the mornings, guests can enjoy their coffee just the way they like it, thanks to our fully-stocked coffee bar with beans, creamer, sugar, and flavored syrups. Enjoy a fresh cup at the large granite island and breakfast bar (seats 4), or have a quick snack and a chat at the breakfast nook’s round table (also seats 4).
For a meal altogether, settle around the beautifully-crafted wood dining table, which seats 10-12 guests and offers spectacular views out the French balcony doors.

The first floor of the home is all about entertainment. This level features a game room with a brand-new pool table, which can easily convert into an additional dining table. A flat-screen TV, wet bar, ice maker, and full-sized refrigerator complete the space. Just off the game room, you’ll find a media room with plush, oversized seating and an even larger flat-screen TV. Curl up for a movie night, or play around on the Anker Virtual Reality system. There’s also an arcade game, plus other puzzles and board games for hours of endless fun.

Not much beats your own private pool and spa in the Florida sunshine. Make lasting memories in this sun-soaked oasis, with the 9x20 ft splash pool and spillover spa. Our large backyard area also includes a firepit and comfortable seating area, cornhole, and other small games. Grill something delicious on the gas BBQ, or settle around the fire pit for late-night talks (and s’mores!). The space even has an outdoor shower, the perfect place to rinse off after fun in the sun.
The second and third floors also have large decks, sporting stylish furniture and, of course, stunning views. The fourth floor’s private balcony offers a quiet space to relax with a good book.
This gorgeous home is in a prime spot; the sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk from the front door! We also provide beach chairs plus a 50-quart cooler, free of charge.

Free parking is available for 5-7 vehicles (depending on size) in the driveway. No street or grass parking is allowed per HOA rules.

Optional services (additional cost):
☀ Pets: we welcome pets of all sizes as long as they are house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We charge an additional fee of $250 per pet, per stay. Please contact the host if you plan to bring more than one pet. Please note that pets are not permitted on nearby beaches.
☀ Pool Heating: the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/day. (This option must be purchased for the entire stay and confirmed with the host at least 24 hours prior to check-in.) You must purchase pool heat for the spa to be heated; the spa does not operate like a stand-alone hot tub. It will only reach the same temperature as the pool (86 degrees max).
NOTE: Pool heating is only offered seasonally between October 1st and May 1st.
Also if temperature outside is below 50°F during your stay, we DO NOT recommend adding pool heating because the water may not be able to reach the desired temperature.
☀ Weddings/Events: all weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1500 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note: tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.
