This listing is for the basement which is a separate living area. It has 3 bunk beds in one room (sleeps 6) another room that has 2 full beds and there is a separate room with 2 bunk beds if anyone snores or you want some privacy. There is sofa seating for 6 and a tv. You are welcome to use the kitchen or the rest of the house just realize the owner and his guests might be there.
The whole farm was designed for a hunting lodge but offered for use as a lake house during the summer. Plenty of room to park outside for boats, bbq, whatever you want. Everything in the house is new and designed to be user friendly and comfortable. Tile bathrooms with wood floor throughout the house helps keep it user friendly. Couch seating for 14 upstairs with 10 seats that recline. The TVs are 4K HD and have blu-ray players, surround sound and connect to the internet for watching movies.
There is plenty of room outside to run around. The views of the sunrise and sunset are amazing from the sunroom. Ask for anything and host will help you as much as possible.
