El Olivar is a charming rural stone cottage with traditional wooden shutters painted green and a tiled roof.
Its privileged location on the hillside, surrounded by extensive olive groves, makes the cottage blend in with the Deià landscape.
El Olivar has been lovingly renovated by its owners to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on one level. It features wooden beams, clay-baked tiled floors and a simple yet stylish rustic décor throughout.
ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT
This beautiful rustic cottage for two has an open plan design over one floor. Light floods in through generously-sized windows, and the ceilings have beautiful exposed wooden beams throughout.
First up on entering the house is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with a four-ring gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils and washing machine.
Following on from this is the dining area with table and seating for six, and the living area with a three-seater sofa, an easy chair, coffee table, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi and wood stove.
A door leads to the double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
An extra bed can be fitted in the living area if required.
OUTDOORS
There is a comfortable chill-out area as you come out of the front door, perfect for end of day drinks while taking in the stunning views of Deià and the surrounding mountains.
A bit further on is an outside dining area, with built in barbecue and oven, for al fresco dining while watching the sun go down.
And then you have the beautiful private pool, set in a lovely lawn. Sun loungers are provided for relaxing and sunbathing during the day. The pool can be illuminated at night, inviting a dip in the warm summer nights.

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights (July, August and September) and 5 nights the rest of the year. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
