Positive: The apartment was unique and full of character. A real gem. Beautiful old building but very comfortable. The location was excellent - right in the heart of things, while also feeling tucked away and relaxing.
Negative: We had a misunderstanding over facilities / expectations but the host sorted this out for us and ultimately provided excellent customer service so I have no complaints.
Summary: A beautiful, unique apartment. Luxurious but not stuffy. Very responsive host.
