Six full baths and one-half bath, four fireplaces (three in bedrooms, and one stone fireplace in the center of the front door). Four washer & dryers, multiple flat-screen TVs and a spacious theatre room, billiards table and wet bar, a six-person outdoor Jacuzzi, built-in music system throughout the house. You can plug in your own iPod and listen to your favorite music. Two separate wings on each side of the house with their own separate loft and sitting rooms, one with a large ten-person sectional, the other loft with two sofa's and a chair, and a card table for six. Waterfall off the family room, three decks upstairs, and one large covered deck off the kitchen and dining room area.

Jordanelle Reservoir is 15 minutes, and the lake has boat rentals, sea doo's, floating toys, and night and day camping.
