Welcome to the amazing 'Tuscan Napa Villa'. The Villa is set admits famous vineyards and the property includes the owners estate grown Caberbet Sauvignon private vineyard. The owners constructed this Villa set on 2 1/2 acres in the heart of the Napa Valley in 2001. The unique property evolved from the frequent visits to the Tuscany region of Italy. The Napa Valley seemed to mirror the pleasant experiences we treasured in Italy. Panoramic vineyard and mountain views complement the serine atmosphere. The location is within minutes to world renowned wineries, spas and restaurants. Surrounded by the estate vineyard, the entrance courtyard features rose gardens, olive trees and a beautiful fountain. The amazing setting from the back of the Villa includes expansive entertainment area extending the entire length of the Villa. Entertainment terrace includes a Commercial style gas grill located adjacent to the kitchen. The lush landscape includes a rear rose garden and fountain. All rooms at the rear of the Villa open to the terrace through double French doors. Panoramic vineyard views extend to the verdant hills beyond the Villa property. With it's casual elegance, the 7500 square foot interior decoration evokes memories of the Tuscan region of Italy. Terracotta tiles in all public areas. Leather seating with the custom furniture included throughout the Villa. Great room features 25 foot beamed ceilings, comfortable seating area, dining room area, and giant stone fireplace. All Guest suites are private featuring King beds. Second floor bedrooms (4) have balconies overlooking the Napa vineyards. Come see the balloons fly by. The gourmet professional kitchen overlooking the vineyards and mountain view is a chef's dream. Complete with large custom island, top of the line appliances including 2 Viking refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, and a large pantry. The Villa includes 7 Bedrooms, 7 1/2 baths, Great Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Kitchen with Pantry, Wine Room, Library, Office and 4 car garage.
