Positive: the collection of keys was not good idea from this box as we Asians are not use to this. The shower of the bathroom was so pathetic. please remove it as it is not functional. The third-party verification was a hassle as due to internet issues during the travel it was not possible well in time. It was a whole day cumbersome exercise to coordinate with the property owner as well as the third party. Pl make it too simple for ASIAN people. We don't have any exercise to book the properties through this hassle process which makes us discomrftable to live here. The long list of precautions and always coming emails and responses were too much. Though the property was overall excellent thank you for accommodating. Pl make it as simple as you can.
Negative: in other places security deposit was returned back but in this case, it was permanently deducted which was unfair.
Summary: It was exellent expereicnes but entire process of booking was so complex and frustrating
