The 3 Bedroom plus sleeping loft with 3.5 bath is just a short walk away from all the amenities. Enjoy an open modern floor plan with open granite kitchen and family room as well as a large living room, dining room and large master suite (king bed) on first floor with a huge walk in closet, changing area and en-suite bathroom. The second floor has another master bedroom (queen bed) with its own bathroom as well as an additional bedroom with two twin beds. There is an additional "bonus" sleeping loft for overflow guests with 6 futon beds. This home easily sleeps 6 people, but when you include the daybed in the living room as well as the bonus room the home can accommodate 13. This home could work for two families with children. There is a deck off the family room as well as off the master bedroom. Ride your bike to the quaint Cotuit General store and take in a Kettleers game.
