Our beautiful condo has everything you need. A spacious 1 bedroom unit, with two full bathrooms! Fully equipped. King size bed in master bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper in living room. Recently remodeled kitchen. We are located in the Turtle Bay Resort. Close to the beach, family-friendly activities, and Golf. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the views. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A short 6 mile drive will take you along side of the most famous surf spots in the world, including Sunset Beach, Bonzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay. Next stop, Haleiwa Town where you can view local artists, boutiques, surf shops and many restaurants to select from. We are also known for our famous lunch wagons. Pick up a plate lunch and your surf board and head out to the beach for a glorious day on the North Shore of Oahu.

Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Parking: A parking pass will be available inside the unit for your vehicle. Please park only in the designated stall assigned to you.
A guest parking pass will also be provided for your visitor. Guest vehicles must park only in designated guest parking stalls.
Parking passes must be clearly displayed by hanging them on the rearview mirror at all times.
Do not remove the pass from its plastic holder.
Please note: A $50 fee will apply for any lost parking pass or holder
Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit.

Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.
Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet.
Maid service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for information.
Hanging towels on the lanai railings is not allowed. Skateboarding on grounds is not allowed.
POOL: Enjoy the 3 swimming pools and tennis courts on grounds, for your use. Pools; Follow posted rules. No lifeguard on duty. Open 9:am to 9:00pm daily. No glass of any kind. One of the 3 pools is designated for “Adults Only” on a weekly rotational basis. Please take note.
BBQ: BBQ’s are available in the gazebo’s at the pool. They are for your use and are on a first come first serve basis. Charcoal is needed.
Please note: Turtle Bay Resort pool is for resort guests only.

Summary: We were very impressed with the property. The location was phenomenal and from entry it was clear that the owners take deep pride in caring for the unit. We especially appreciated the kitchen tools and appliances available. From coffee makers (pods and regular brew) and skillets to garbage disposal and a dishwasher. The full size refrigerator enabled us to do some grocery shopping and make meals at home, which undoubtedly saved some money. The in-unit washer and dryer were very handy too. I am grateful that I could wash the clothing we swam in so they'd be clean and smell fresh. At least during our stay (may vary by time of year) it was necessary for us to use the two window A/C units to keep the home cool- but they did the trick and the fans helped greatly too. Having a television in both the living room and bedroom was awesome as well. I need a TV on to fall asleep- so I'd been a little concerned about that prior to our visit. I can't say enough great things about the location. There simply are not enough adjectives! We are in love though. The fact that we can make use of the resort's amenities just made an awesome trip even more special. The beautiful and serene atmosphere took our breath away; and the proximity to so many beaches and naturally beautiful landscapes is awe inspiring. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return!
