The spacious, nautical-themed, custom-built, tall-person-friendly bunk room has 2 lower Queen Casper & 4 Twin XL ComfortTech beds (6 beds total). Each guest has a reading light, USB ports on their side of the bed. A 65" smart TV with all the apps completes the room.
The remaining 2 bedrooms feature a queen Purple downstairs and a king Casper mattress upstairs. So what's stopping you, book your days today!
🛏 Beds
When we say our house sleeps 8, we mean each person will restfully sleep in a Casper, Purple or their own Comfort Tech Serene Foam bed. Our Comfort Tech Twin beds are XL’s, the same length as a King or Queen so all occupants have plenty of leg room regardless of bed choice.
🚽Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, both with comfort-height toilets. Downstairs has a large, walk-in shower 🚿. Upstairs has a full size tub 🛀 and shower. Both will provide plenty of water pressure and hot water, powered by a tank-less water heater.
☕️Kitchen & Breakfast:
A continental-style, breakfast is included (juice, coffee, coffee creamer, and a bread item). Plus we offer a Keurig machine, and we've supplied k-cups. We also provide several hot tea varieties if that's your jam.
Planning on cooking? We've got you covered with plenty of hardware to accommodate your culinary creations - pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, sharp knives, cutting boards, utensils, all powered by a gas convection oven, and gas stove top.
🔥Electric Fireplace recently added to the living room! I has a remote and is temperature controlled.
📺TVs & Entertainment:
Two 65" smart TVs, one in the main living room and one in the bunk room, with all the apps plus a selection of over 220 DVDs/Blu-Rays for viewing. 300GB-speed internet keeps things flowing.
Need a work-vacation? Kiddos doing school work online? No problem, you can stay connected when needed with comfortable seating options for you and your laptop 💻, along with a comfy office chair.
☀️Exterior:
We offer a large, brand new custom-designed deck where you can start off your day to the sounds of seagulls and ocean waves 🌊. The deck has a safety gate which swings smoothly on wheels, and can be latched open or closed to keep those kiddos and pups 🦮safe, adding privacy. LED lighting illuminates the deck stairs for additional safety. The solid deck wall is also extra tall for safety and privacy as well.
Below the deck is a 350sf rain proof patio with LED lights, tables and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors no matter if ☔️or shine. Oh, and did we mention a hot tub? Yes! We added a hot tub in this space as well. And finally, we've also added a fence with a latched gate, so the yard is completely enclosed now. Your pups can run zoomies around the corner to the long dog run on the east side!
