The place is perfect for walks, paddle-boarding, kayaking, bonfires, picnics, water play, or just relaxing. It is beautifully appointed with hardwood floors, a serene interior, and floor-to-ceiling windows that celebrate the spectacular ever-shifting seaside, mountain and marine life views.
The house features high ceilings in an open plan with kitchen, dining area, and large living room all looking out on the water. There is a completely private upstairs master bedroom & bath with a panoramic beach view and a flexible extra room, (exercise/crib room/work area). Sliding glass doors access a private balcony. (A perfect place for morning coffee) The Large main-floor bedroom includes folding wood doors with the ability to divide off an additional bedroom that can accommodate two singles or be opened up into a larger (play/work/exercise) area. The third bedroom has a private entrance. Internet and television screens are available.
