Nestled within a family-friendly and cozy neighborhood, this comfortable 2 story home on an oversize lot is perfect for a family or group of friends wishing to relax and explore the best of Jupiter. It's just minutes from the Roger Dean Stadium - spring training headquarters for the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals, Abacoa Town Center's restaurants and boutique shopping or a day on the green at Abacoa public golf course. Grab your bag and head to the shoreline just a couple miles away and enjoy Jupiter's pristine beaches, thrilling watersports and world-class sport fishing, or head to nearby Harborside to enjoy an evening out dining at top notch restaurants, premier shops, events and entertainment.
We are also just a couple minutes to the Donald Ross onramp to 95 north and south and 20 minutes from Palm Beach Intl Airport!
DETAILS:
Styling throughout the 2100 sf home is casual and relaxed. Downstairs, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need from essential dining and cooking ware to a Keurig coffee machine. Gathering rooms both boast oversize sofas and the den sofa has two pull-out loungers and a 55" TV. The dining room seats 6 - 8 and there is a convenient half bath downstairs. Upstairs, the primary suite has a king-size bed, luxurious walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with shower and full size soaking tub. Guest bedroom one has a queen size bed, guest room two has two twins and a desk with USB ports for work, guest room three has a twin over full size bunk. There is also a full bathroom upstairs for the guest rooms to share. In addition, the property includes a covered and lighted patio area with outdoor seating, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, private, lighted and private pool, two pool loungers, outdoor shower, and there is even a Little Free Library on the premises!
Provided for your comfort and enjoyment are central A/C and heating, high speed internet (WiFi), high efficiency front loading washer and drier, pack n play, fenced/gated yard for privacy, security camera for your safety and security.
Enjoy logging into your OWN streaming memberships on TV (no cable, stream only: Hulu, Amazon etc)
We are local hosts and can easily assist if required, however your privacy is our policy.
*COOL EXTRAS: Heights Haven is walking distance- just 1 block away- from a small neighborhood park with playground, basketball and volleyball courts, walking/biking trail and a small man-made lake!
Each week, a different home within the neighborhood hosts a food truck from around 5pm - 8pm that guests can walk to and pick up a great meal while meeting some local residents :)
We are local hosts and can easily assist if required, however your privacy is our priority.

Guests have full access to the home EXCEPT the garage.
Number of guests sleeping in the house should never exceed the number of guests on the reservation.
Maximum number of guests the house sleeps is 8, NO exceptions.

**For your safety and ours, security cameras are installed at the front door and east garage door. These cameras record guests & service technicians entering/exiting the home. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.**

~NO candles. - Instead we offer battery operated candles
~ 4 car parking maximum at all times, and ONLY in our driveway
