During low tide (if permissible), take a walk on the beach in front of the house! At high tide, experience the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean from the decks and in the house.

This property is located on Malibu Road, on the beach, away from noisy and dangerous PCH, is safe to park your car, plenty of parking space, and a short distance to town !

Property located on a Tidal (wet / dry beach). Tides, time of year, weather and swell affect beach area in front of property. It's possible there will be beach/sand in front (wet or dry) and also possible there may be no beach/sand in front and high tides during your stay. Tides are constantly changing - Apx. 4 tides changes daily - apx 2 High and 2 Low tides. Can refer to Surfline.com for tide information. Several other beach areas are close by and depending on the tides and related, may offer some alternative dry beach access.
With this said, the property offers an "In Your Face" ocean experience as you are so close to the water and ocean energy . Waves and water can come up to the property

Property and amenities come AS IS. We do our best to maintain and make sure everything is in working order. Due to the proximity to the ocean however, it is possible, at times, that a door may stick a little, a window may be a little difficult to slide open due to the affects of the salty sea air on metal, metal door tracks, doors, hinges, and related.
