Summary: We came down to stay the month of January at polynesian condo..She messaged us telling us we could come in the day before at no cost ..When we showed up and opened the door to check out the place a cockroach took off i killed it and being from Northern Michigan my wife was like Hell no..lol but i looked everywhere didn't see anymore..The condo is a little out dated but nice ..It has everything u need for your stay..we did havevan issue with the bed being broke the did replace it .took a couple days but got a new steel bed frame and they put same mattress on it with no box springs but it wasn't bad ..we did have a day where we didn't have water for about 45 min for some reason...she is very sweet and was quick to respond to messages..i did mess up with our check out date and she let us stay over 1 night for 150 which i thought was a little high since we just stayed a full month but over all it was nice..just be mindfull all the construction being done down in that area..all new sewer and water lines roads are pretty torn up ..
