Pretty, fully redecorated house of over 200 m2, offering 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 300 meters from the pretty Pramousquier beach.
The house is ideal for 2 families, it allows you to go to the beach on foot in 7 minutes, at the bottom of the Rayol hill and near the pedestrian path, everything is possible on foot!
It offers a large living room of over 50 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer.
There are 2 bedrooms with a large 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 80 cm beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a large bed, and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, all the bedding is new and of good quality. The rooms are large, bright and with storage.
The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and bath and 3 toilets.
There is a utility room with a washing machine, a cot and a high chair.
The garden, with an area of 1900 m2 is rather flat, therefore comfortable with young children, it is open and offers a nice view of the hill, it is west facing and is sunny from noon until evening with cool areas ...
All the furniture is made to accommodate 12 people.
The garden has a boules court and a ping pong table.
We love our house that we just bought and that we finish decorating (everything is not finished yet but will be completely finished for Easter…) We love Le Rayol, Pramousquier beach, Canadel (12 mins walk) ), where the beaches are superb, where it is possible to take many walks or bike rides, with many small beach restaurants… in short, a dream location!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It is perfect for two families up to twelve people. It is a big property with a beautiful garden. In the mourning you take a 8 Minute walk to the nice beach for a swim and on the way back you pick up baguette from the proxy for breakfast. You can spend the day at the house to play in the pool, pétanque or ping pong or you take a hike in the nice trails surrounding the house. Sylvie the nice contact person is very helpful! So overall highly recommendable place to stay.
