Positive: Location! 3 rooms, bathroom, washing machine.
Negative: You need to replace maddrases, everybody can hear when changing possition, uncomfortabe. Need to have more kichen things. Maybe put coffe for morning.. Did not like enterance, very old and dated, and smelly because kichen of some restorant. But for whole day using only for sleep is ok. Very loud late at night. Need air condition for warm days.
