Our charming and relaxing Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping Studio is a detached cottage located behind the main home. You have your own driveway and Smartlock entrance. Single level living, 520 s.f. home with full bath & Queen bed. We are located within 1 block of The World's Oldest Rodeo & 2 blocks from one of Prescott's premier trails.
We're on a busier street but set back from the street and close to everything. It's halfway between Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain making access to the forest a breeze! Walking distance to the hospital. Clean, modern & comfortable this home sleeps 2 with a Roku Smart TV w/ WIFI, antenna and Blue-ray DVD. We have a stainless kitchen with microwave, gas stove/oven, fridge with filtered water/ice, coffee maker, toaster, Shaker cabinets, island and granite counters. Gas heat for warm winter nights and evaporative window cooler for cool summer days. Our studio features a firm Queen bed w/ fresh duvet & a full bath with towels, blow dryer, shampoo/soap & t.p. Long term renters are always welcome and encouraged with a generous 15% discount w/ taxes lowered to 2.75%. If you would like to extend your current stay on either end, contact us directly as you will be unable to do so online. We accept 3 day minimum stays but anything less than 7 days cannot be booked sooner than 4 weeks in advance. (Unless the month in question already has bookings).
Starting in November, if you're staying longer than a week you'll have access to laundry facilities.
