Positive: An interestingly designed apartment on the ground floor of a large villa. Everything is ready and the keys are in a box. Access directly from the street through a private entrance and you can park your car in front of the garage two meters from the entrance. A small room next to the entrance for storing skis. A completely quiet part of the village. Good access by car to Hauser-kaibling or Schladming. Great electric fireplace above the bed. My wife was not thrilled with the window between the bed and the bathroom, which directly overlooks the toilet and cannot be shaded in any way. That is a matter of taste. A quiet place. The bathrobes were a pleasure.
Negative: Nice designer plates don't fit in the microwave :( Totally cold floor. Ceiling heating panel above the table. Slippers required. We had our own, but they were also available. The partially transparent entrance door with a view directly into the bed is not our cup of coffee.
Summary: Quiet place and a nice design of the apartment.
