The Premium Loft 1711th, was recently remodeled and all its walls are covered with a material originating from the Mayan Culture called "Chukum". Soft, extremely smooth to the touch, of a beige color, gives the interior design a contemporary and minimalist feel that together with its premium materials and its view to the lagoon, makes the experience inside this property unique!

The Premium Loft 1711th, is located 15 minutes from Cancun International Airport, inside the Solymar Condominium. Ask for our recommendations for transportation to and from the airport.
When you book this loft, you will have private, easy, fast and direct access to Cancun's Dolphin Beach, plus you will have access to the pool, free parking, 24/7 security, and all hotel areas such as the convenience store, pool bar, beach bar, ATM, and buffet restaurant.
Our check in time is at 4:00 pm and check out time is at 11:00 am. We offer early check in and late check out service with a low additional cost to prioritize your reservation, ask for costs. The check in process is fully automated. Our properties are rigorously cleaned between reservations. During your stay you will have a towel change every third day.
The Solymar Condominium was built in 1987, later it started to be divided between hotel and condominium. Due to many interests that involved the previous and current administrations of the complex, the common areas have received little attention. Although this is out of our hands, this is the reality of the condominium.
We as a company do everything we can to maintain our properties inside in the best possible way and provide friendly, attentive and quick responses at all times.
Overall, the Solymar Condominium is a quiet place, with incredible ocean and lagoon views, with a convenient location, close to restaurants, shopping centers and with easy access to public transportation with the famous Hotel Zone red trucks that cost just 12 Mexican pesos (just under 1 USD) each way.
