Winter, Fall, Spring, and Summer, The Mountainside Condominiums in Vermont's Mad River Valley at the Sugarbush Resort Area have it all. With a condo offering ski in/ski out access right on the mountain, we have the perfect location for downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing in the winter months. After a day on the slopes just ski back to the front door of your condo via the 'Out to Lunch' Trail, pop off your boots, and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. (Wood is provided) **Currently all Mountainside condos have a fireplace ban in effect by order of the State fire marshal. Our HOA is working to get this issue resolved.** But don't count out Fall, Spring, and Summer. That is the perfect time to go leaf peeping or enjoy some hiking and biking. In addition, the historic villages of Warren and Waitsfield are only a few miles down the road offering quaint shops and restaurants for you to enjoy and explore. The condo also offers a nice outdoor pool with a relaxing setting to soak up the sun in the summer. The condo has one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen with all necessities for cooking, living room with a view of mountain and pool, and an outdoor balcony with adirondack chairs for viewing the perfect sunset. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. There is a queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room. There is no need to bring anything with you.
