*1 mile to downtown Gatlinburg
*6 Miles to Dollywood
*3 miles to the National State Park.
Our beautiful rustic theamed townhome has a open floor plan to accomadate large groups. 1,600 sq ft. 2 Bedrooms 1 Full Bathroom.
Located right in the Smoky Mountains spur right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge right on a road off 441 and only minutes from all the main attractions Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer.
Located across the double highway from the Gatlinburg welcoming center were you can park for free and use the trolly for a cheap price to avoid the hassle of traffic and expensive parking.
**2 Vehicle Maximum Parking Limit**

There are no steps into or inside the house.
The bathroom entry may be a little tight for a power chair or walker.

-Bedroom #1 has comfy brand new king sized pillow top mattress.
-Bedroom #2 has comfy brand new Queen sized pillow top mattress.
-The living room couch will pull out into a full sized bed.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE SMART TV'S!!
-Full sized bathroom with shower/tub. (Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided)
-All brand new stainless steel appliances.
-All necessities for cooking is provided.
-Propane grill outside on deck for grilling at your convenience. (Propane is provided only in the appropriate seasons)

And another full unit downstairs that i also vacationally rent. The units are completely seperate and private. No shared spaces at all.
Seperate entrances. This is the upper unit and there are strict noise ordinance rules. Please refrain from heavy foot stomping, furniture movement, & loud music especially between the hours 8pm - 9am. Please do not book this unit if you are not willing to comply with the noise ordinance rules. If you have more than 2 children who are very mobile and noisy I would not suggest to rent this unit. If you have pets who tend to bark i would not suggest to rent this unit.
**PET POLICY & PRICES**
**Pet friendly only upon approval.
Please always confirm the size/breed, number of pets you will be bringing and the pet fees costs before booking your reservation.
You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause.
Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.
We ask you please keep your pets caged/crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive when unsupervised.
Please always keep your pets leashed when outdoors.
Please pick up after your pets.
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the owner Kirsten and the filling pet fees are paid. Fully certified service animals are no charge but you must provide documentation as proof.
I require a one time Non refundable $50.00 - $150.00 pet fee per dog.
$50.00 - Small/medium non shedding dog. (1lb - 40lb)
$75.00 - Small/medium shedding dog. (1lb - 40lbs)
$100.00 - Large non shedding dog (40lbs+)
$150.00 - Large shedding dog. (40lbs+)
If you have more than one dog please let me know so I can adjust the pet fee accordingly.
