The beach is adjacent to the condo as are the resort pools which are the largest swimming pool complex in Central America. Enjoy ping pong and foosball pool-side while overlooking the beach as well as multiple basketball and tennis courts nearby.
From your balcony and main bedroom you can hear the waves and see the expansive chocolate sand beach with a huge variety of wildlife in the bordering trees and vegetation. Parrots, pelicans, squirrels, and iguanas are always hanging out. See the occasional white-face monkey or three-toe sloth in the beach trees. Go for long walks in the surf on the mostly empty beach for several kilometers in either direction. The all sand beach is great for kids with shallow water and mild wave action. Or relax in the hammock among the almond trees or take the boogie board out for some real fun. Watch the awesome sunsets from the beach or your balcony.
