A very Short walk to Kittery and town of Portsmouth theaters, restaurants and nightly Prescott Park summer stage events. Six mile run or bike loop trail around Newcastle island at streets end. New Hampshire beaches a ten minute drive. Short walk to kittery Maine. Short walk to top rated seafood market and wine / cheese shop. Historical Strawberry Bank preserve available for tours. Owner living next door for any assistance needed. Ground and gardens are maintained by owner. A lot to see if you want or just stay put and be quite entertained! Bicycles and helmets are here, too. Summary: We had an amazing week at this house right on the tidal waters. Owner was close by and so responsive and accommodating. We had a clogged toilet that he was able to fix within hours. House was very well stocked and a perfect location. I kayaked off the front deck every day. Would stay here again for sure!
