Positive: Location was great, great view of town, good breakfast, comfortable, big closet
Negative: Communication before check-in could have been better. Other properties asked for a whatsapp phone and delivered instructions well in advance (about a month before). Here, instructions were provided during our trip, with low connectivity only through the booking app, which wasn’t working properly. They communicated while we were on the ferry, then we called when they were on the ferry we could’t get through so we ended being stranded in the street with big luggage for two hours in the middle of summer.
Summary: Despite a sloppy check in, everything for the rest of our stay was perfect
