Positive: Excellent apartment with amazing view from the balcony. Apartment is very clean , worm and with good equipment in the kitchen. New building, many restorations and care bars in the building and in the neighborhood. Bus station is 5 minutes walk and the city centre 15. Owner is very kind , very easy for communication.
