Positive: The accommodation is well-located, with a pleasant walk leading to Port Andratx harbor. The pool and garden area is spacious and attractive, providing ample room for spending time with large groups. The house is privately used throughout the year, which means the kitchens are very well-equipped.
Negative: However, the property is not well-maintained. Due to its private use during the year, the upper apartment, in particular, contains many personal belongings. Nearly half of the beds are children's bunk beds located in the basement. While we don't necessarily mind the personal items or the bunk beds, we expected more given the price.
