This charming beach cottage offers a cozy getaway for the family on a beautiful oceanfront site in fabulous Ocean Sands. Gorgeous ocean views and adjacent to the community oceanfront walkway, getting your feet in the water is a cinch. You'll love the contemporary, yet beachy, Decor and the fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream. The saltwater pool is on the west side of the house to capture the best of the afternoon sun as well as ocean breezes. You will not find a more accommodating home for you and your family!
Ground Level: Sports a fabulous saltwater pool complete with concrete decking, lounge chairs, picnic table with umain bedroomella. There is also an enclosed Outside shower and direct access to the oceanfront walkway.
Mid Level: Provides an entrance foyer, Queen main bedroom with private bath and smart TV for watching internet TV, BR with two singles, Queen BR, both with smart TVs and a Full Bath in the hall, deck access to check out the seaside views.
Top Level: Features a King main bedroom with private bath, large flat screen Smart HDTV. This level has a wonderfully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops & a nice island; large great room with electric fireplace that features mood lighting and 'no heat' setting for summertime fireplace ambiance and a spacious oceanside dining room, HDTV/Cable connected, Blu Ray player, oceanfront deck with ocean views.
Amenities: Private unheated Saltwater Pool, Electric Fireplace, WiFi, 5 smart TVs (GR: TV w/ Cable), Book Library, Games, Crock Pot, Keurig & Regular Coffee Makers, Baby Items: Pack'n Play, Baby Gate & High Chair, Picnic Table, Gas Grill. Driveway Parking for 3 Cars Only - Additional Overflow Gravel Parking for 3 Additional Vehicles. Beach Access: Community Walkway to the Beach Next to House.

Summary: The property location is excellent, steps to ocean and beach. Accurate description of house and rooms etc. 4 star rating as we would have liked a hair dryer and a few k cups for coffee the morning after our late arrival.
