Waterfront home with just a short 3 house walk to your own private beach. This home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and an outdoor shower. In addition, the home has a beautiful outdoor sitting and dining area, fire pit and a hot tub. Fully equipped, wireless internet, smart TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. Life does not get much better than being this close to the ocean. Your family can enjoy a short walk to the community playground or the local Popponesset Marketplace that offers, ice cream, pizza, chowda, miniature golf, shopping and much more. Located at the Marketplace is the Raw Bar, voted best in New England for Lobster Rolls! Free live music concerts are enjoyed Thursday through Sunday evenings during the summer season where outside dancing is enjoyed by young and old. The Popponesset community is very friendly and ready for you to enjoy.

Summary: What a wonderful stay on the Cape in a beautiful setting that was so quiet and peaceful, we both unwound and relaxed from our very busy lives. The house was warm and comfortable and the proximity to the beach was excellent. We especially loved the hot tub on the cool evenings. Big shout out to the property managers, Paul and Katy! THANK YOU and we look forward to future stays.
