Hmmmm…A guest nest fit for a King but really made for a Queenie! And just 485 steps to the private beach access at Heritage Dunes! You will find yourself smiling as you take in the fresh new décor of this ground floor pool-side condo. Pinkie nodded in approval at all of the work the new owners had completed. The recently-installed solid surface flooring was the perfect accompaniment to the congenial teal wall paint, while functional and playful furnishings co-mingled happily all around the main living room. A delicious buffet for the senses with energizing slices of lime garnished with healthy servings of deep turquoise welcomes you, while natural light pours in from the numerous doors and windows.
"I am loving the energy!" said Pinkie as she strolled over to open the French doors. “How lovely!” The doors lead right out to a walkway past a hedge to the heated community pool. “It was almost like having your very own pool in your backyard,” thought Pinkie as she noted the great back porch area for lounging and storing pool and beach gear. With private beach access just down the path and across 30A, Queenie's Castle, this poolside 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo was full of surprises.
Back inside Pinkie was pleased to find the kitchen fully-stocked with many new and wonderful utensils and cooking items. There was a large island for gathering, eating or working and the stainless appliances stood ready to perform their various functions in great order. With an inside dining table designed to seat 6-8 and another patio table for 4, the dine-in options were quite accommodating. A King master suite was 'fit for you know who” and quite fine as it is. Others in the royal family enjoy a second King bedroom and attached full bathroom and a “Queenie” guest bedroom to keep the namesake alive. The Queenie bedroom sports twin bunks and adjoins to a hall bathroom…both rooms have flatscreen TV's and both are wonderfully inviting. The three bathrooms insured plenty of room for primping and preening.
Nestled in the Seagrove stretch where County Highway 30A curves luxuriously before winding across Eastern Lake, Seagrove Villas offers the convenience of nearby shopping and dining plus easy access to the beautiful beaches. Guests enjoy full access to the community pool, grill and private beach access at Heritage Dunes Access plus plenty of free, gated parking. Guest enjoy 2 bikes and 2 beach chairs with rental.

Summary: This 1st floor condo was a great size with a family friendly layout. So clean! The location to beach was 10/10 for a family with kids ages 3, 5, 7 and 12; a very easy walk. Private beach access was great, no crowds at all. The pool was steps away from the back door which was really nice. We have stayed in a ton of condos on 30A and this condo was by far our favorite. Lots of restaurants only a short walk.
