Sunset Condos are located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach within a gated community with your own private beach. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance. Cycling, jogging and walking on the fantastic 30A is at your doorstep.
This spacious condo is furnished with bedding, linen, beach and bath towels. We also include 4 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. After a day at the beach relax on the spacious patio overlooking the pool and ocean with stunning sunsets.
This first floor condo is conveniently set on one level, so no steps to get to the pool (pool heated November - April).
