It has a great layout for families and is within easy walking distance of beaches, the cafe and a local park. It sleeps 8 and is ideally suited to 4 adults and 4 children. Where will I be?
Poolside at Hyams is located on Tulip Street, within easy walking distance of either the middle beach at Hyams, the local park, Chinamans Beach or the Hyams Beach Cafe. The property is on a corner, with side gate access for when you come back from the beach.

How is the property laid out?
Poolside at Hyams has a main pavilion comprising of a compact yet open plan living / dining / kitchen area, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a shared bathroom. There is a handy tv nook in the living area.
The cabana / second pavilion has a large queen bedroom and a large en-suite.
There is also a third toilet in the laundry and an outdoor shower.
The two pavilions and laundry are connected by timber decking, with easy access from there to the pool and lawn areas.
The property has a great flow and plenty of privacy!
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is also a smart TV for your use, but BYO Netflix or other accounts - please.
Please note that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is critical to your stay, please have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Poolside at Hyams has a good lawn area around the pool, and the back yard is fully fenced, with side gate access to Bamboo Avenue, which in turn leads to the park and the beaches.
There is also an outdoor shower for your use when you come back from the beach.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
The main pavilion has a split system air conditioner to keep you warm or cool. There is also gas heating. The second pavilion also has a split system air conditioning unit. On most days in summer, the property can also be opened up to catch the ocean breeze off Jervis Bay.
Please also note that the pool is solar heated and totally weather / sun dependent.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property. Please bring your own pool or beach towels however.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Poolside at Hyams has parking for two vehicles on the concrete driveway, both off street. The garage is reserved for owner use. Street parking is available, but be forewarned that it can be busy on summer days!
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?
Sorry - Poolside at Hyams is not pet friendly!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during Peak Season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
