Paradise Retreat is a Private, Gated, Quiet Neighborhood, only 400 yards from the fabulous sugar-white beaches and emerald-green water. You'll have a 5-7 minute walk to get to the beach. Or arrive in 60 seconds by taking the complimentary 6 passenger golf cart!
**Our gated neighborhood has 2 gates. One gate takes you right to the beach! It's known as the "scenic route" or "the beach road". Our included golf cart can navigate you to anywhere you want to go on this road! The speed limit is 25mph. This puts you around the corner from more than one beach access and restaurants.
**The other gate takes you to the main highway. This is very convenient so you don't have to fight traffic on the beach if you have plans to go somewhere else. Like the grocery store, Outlets, theaters or excursions. For something quick, there is a Dollar General right next to this second gate on the main highway.
We are centrally located to everything in the Destin area: Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons Mall, Whole Foods, Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, Publix, and Starbucks Coffee. We are positioned in Paradise Retreat. Paradise Retreat is a Private, Gated, Quiet Neighborhood, only 400 yards from the fabulous sugar-white beaches and emerald-green water. The home has 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room and can sleep up to 11 people. Driveway and garage can comfortably fit 4 cars, plus the golf cart. The living area has an open concept design. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you will be spending time cooking, eating, and having fun being together. The kitchen features a unique built-in Credenza, to celebrate the most special events in style. A 65-inch, 4K, HDR TV sits in the living room with lots of seating for watching movies/sporting events or just for sitting back and relaxing while so many memories are being made. The backyard is private with multiple ‘relax to the max’ lounges, cozy patio with 9’ umbrella providing just enough shade for those that are sun sensitive.
The Rustic Retreat is a single level home that features 2 private King Rooms, 1 private Queen Room, Kids Twin over Twin Bunk room and a Full over Full Bunk bed in the living area. There is also a Queen air mattress provided for larger groups that provide accurate guest count. So large families or families vacationing together won’t have to flip a coin to see who gets the larger bed.
The Master Suite has a stunning and large, newly renovated bathroom attached with a garden tub, separate shower, and a double vanity. All beds are memory foam mattresses, so the kids can sleep just as good as the adults! The house is inviting, quiet, and peaceful. It's decorated in a Rustic Coastal design, having a rustic look with splashes of natural beautiful colors. It just makes you want to relax and soak it all in!
