New to the rental market, Osprey 504 has been updated with new floors/carpet and a 7' slate billiard table that doubles as a dining table. Enjoy cool mornings relaxing on the huge, 350 sq-ft, balcony and watch the dolphins playing alongside the local fishermen- you might even spot our local Ospreys looking for breakfast. During the day, your family will love all the amenities that Destin West Beach and Bay Resort has to offer. 700' lazy river, 7 pools, 3 hot tubs, 2400 sq-ft fitness room, marina, and private beach access are yours to make memories of a lifetime. When the sun goes down, leave your keys and stroll across the pedestrian bridge to enjoy local seafood and entertainment at the Boardwalk. When you're finally ready to unwind, you'll find it easy in this spacious 1500 sq-ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. This home is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 10 with a King bed in the master, Queen leather sleeper sofa in the living room, Queen bed in the guest room, and Twin over Full with Twin trundle bunkbed in the second guest room. Each room has a TV with cable and internet, and all linens/towels are provided. The kitchen has everything you need for that home-cooked meal: Keurig and standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans and crockpot. The dining table converts to a 7' slate billiard table, so not even Florida can rain on your vacation. A pack-n-play and high chair are also provided, along with full size washer/dryer, so you can save room in your car for more souvenirs.

Summary: Perfect. Clean, secure, excellent location & quiet. This condo has everything you need. The communication with Rosabel was incredible. The huge deck is where we spent most of our time overlooking the pools, lazy river & the bay. While inside we enjoyed the pool table & played games. The kitchen has everything you need & is equipped with all new appliances. The location is perfect! Easy access to local attractions & the beautiful emerald ocean.
