Dog lover? This home is entirely pet friendly with a dog door, fully fenced yard, and no carpet!
Remodeled in 2020, this single level home has no steps and is a mostly automated smarthome. Enjoy multiple patios for Mountain Views or the heated sparkling pool in summer or the Jaccuzzi hot tub in Winter. Handicap accessible with no interior steps. Property is perfect for large or small pets as all the rugs are the patented “ruggable” and can be completely washed between visitors. This home is designed to entertain and has speakers, WiFi, 8 tvs and over a dozen sonos speakers. Owner is a licensed agent and has managed family rentals for many years.
Please let me know if you are accommodating a special occasion, I am more than happy to try to accommodate and help with decor and things. We do not allow overnight parties but can host on a case by case event, subject to owner approval.
