Friendly Native #402 A one bedroom first floor condo with one bath, walk out to the heated pool. The bedroom has two full beds. The living room has two love seats. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals in. The bathroom has a walk in shower. A poolside condo with gulf views - sunsets are included The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Central heat and air. Electronic door code for entry. Wi-fi, cable included. Linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf/beach stores within walking distance. There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however - Parking is included if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed. HOA Strongly enforced.
