Welcome to the Salty Frog. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath “Primary on main” was newly constructed in September 2022 and professionally decorated by Aerie Interiors from Alpharetta, GA.
This home is great for family vacations, long term stays and those work from home traveling nomads we all envy. The home is located inside Villa del Sol, a private, gated community with views and access to both the bay as well as the Gulf, which is entering its final stages with the pool and pickle ball courts estimated completion time of November 2022.

Summary: My family and I have been coming here every fall for the last 5 years. We absolutely love this this "hidden gem" of Florida. Now for the review of this particular vacation home. Pros: the house is beautiful! We loved the decor and use of space. the King and Queen beds were very comfortable, and the 4 bathrooms were a huge plus. The location was also a huge win. We spent most of the time at the local beach which was a short walk around the corner and down the boardwalk. We like to kayak so a close proximity to the bay and beach was key for us. Cons: THE PROPERTY IS FOR SALE. I understand that you still have to pay the bills while trying to sell the property, but it is definitely awkward to have people come by and want to look at the house while you are trying to enjoy your vacation especially when paying a premium price. We did have a small hiccup with the checking in process. The VRBO sight said that they would send me the code to get in, but we never received it. We called and it got worked out eventually. The VRBO sight said that this property has an electric cart to use for the beach, but it did not work. We also were planning on using the bikes that were provided but there were none! The description also said that there was access to the beach and the bay. I walked across the road towards the bay and there is a turn around and what appeared to be a 4X4 trail to the bay but not easily accessible by foot because of the mud and brush especially trying to carry a kayak.
